Busy, busy, busy!!!  We know you all are very busy, hard workin' boss people, so we wanted to make getting set up easy.  Here are a few steps to help guide you in the right direction to get set up in a breeze! The Client Management System made easy!!!

One of our favorite features of Dubsado is how easy it is to build your forms.  Building your form templates should not be something that you should dread, nor should a system force you to make it look a certain way.  With Dubsado's from builder your forms will freakin' ROCK!

Credit card processing is here!  Now clients have the option to pay via credit card when you send them an invoice.  No more waiting around for snail mail or lost checks. We are currently using Stripe to connect accounts.  We are NOT commission based.  The only fees that apply to credit card processing are the standard ones through the credit card processor, Stripe.  It is 2.9% of the transaction total plus .30 cents.  Pretty simple!  We will take you through the process if you are new to Stripe.  Here's how you get set up!

Cannot believe how fast March flew by!  But we are pretty excited for April since we have some AWESOME things coming to Dubsado this month.

1. Automation / Workflow: This was our most requested feature, and it is coming this month.  Easily send reminders for payments and other automated emails without even thinking about it.  Even set it to send auto reminders for yourself so you are always on top of it all.
2. Client Portal: Being able to have a central location for your client to see all the forms you have sent them will make you look SUPER organized.  Event date, invoices and other information about their event will be conveniently located on your client's portal page for them to access at any time!
3. "Paying By Credit Card" Accepting credit cards through Dubsado is in Beta Mode right now and will be released in the next few days to everyone.  Now you can get those invoices paid in no time!

We have loved connecting with all of you since the launch of Dubsado.  We have been very busy over here adding more features and making the system run as smooth as it can.  We have so much planned for Dubsado we can barely contain the excitement and want to get it done like RIGHT NOW!  But great things take some time.  We have always loved the idea of keeping all our users in the loop of what is happening and what is to come here at Dubsado.  So here is our month of March goals.

We had a great launch.  So many great, awesome users trying us out.  It has been nice talking with you all through email and phone calls.  We love getting to know our clients.  But we just wanted to say thank you so much for all your support.  Any little bug fixes are fixed or being fixed as we speak.  We are already designing more features we are adding within the week.  There is no stopping us now.  It is FULL speed ahead for Dubsado.  Get ready!!!

Launch is just two short days away.  We could not be more thrilled to share this program with you all.  We have been working on this day and night for a little under a year now.  Let me tell you a lot of love has been poured into this platform!  Because of that, we are confident that it will help you immensely with keeping your business on track. Just because we are launching, that doesn't mean our work ends there.  There is going to be FAR more features being added in the coming months.  Trust me, if we are able to stay up forever and not sleep, we would!!!  Because we are just too excited to introduce ALL the features we have planned for Dubsado.
